In recent years, the nonprofit organization has attracted private business owners and entrepreneurs from across the country to the picturesque campus outside of Tipp City. “We’ve created a national community of business owners and leaders, devoted to helping themselves and others grow. It’s our dream for this community to continue building businesses that last forever which raises the quality of life for all involved, the employees, their families, communities and our nation,” Joni Fedders, President, Aileron.

Aileron’s flagship program is the Course for Presidents, a program that focuses business owners on creating the next best version of their business with proven ways to strategically grow and scale their business. Through two days of interaction with their peers and eight one-on-one sessions with a Business Advisor they develop their to-do list for where they want their business to be.

“The evolution of Aileron started with my dream of helping entrepreneurs, and paying back the mentors for all the help and guidance they gave me throughout the years,” Clay Mathile, Aileron Founder.  “My hope for Aileron is that it will forever meet the needs of future generations of entrepreneurs, practicing what it preaches – using professional management to guide its mission and shape a brighter future for our communities.”

The video series aligns with Aileron’s strategy to empower business owners and their organizations by creating peer to peer exchanges.  “Sharing experiences and learning from others who understand business ownership and growing companies is one of the greatest benefits of joining the Aileron community,” Nicole Luisi, Senior Product Manager, Aileron.

Aileron has partnered with Dayton based Wilderness Agency, a division of Gem City Business Solutions, to produce the video series. Wilderness Agency is a hybrid agency specializing in branding, advertising, public relations, and digital marketing solutions.  Their portfolio of clients are focused in healthcare, education, and manufacturing.  Local clients include Kids Read Now, Fluid Applied Roofing, Dayton Public Schools Foundation, Capital Home Care Solutions, along with international clients such as Lawter, a specialty chemicals manufacturer.

“Our creative vision was to create short, digestible content that would be readily shared through digital media channels.  We kept the shots minimalistic to focus on the content these brilliant minds had to share.  Our aim was to provide viewers with content that you couldn’t get at Harvard or the Wharton School of Business.  We wanted raw stories from the trenches of growing business leaders.” Richard Kaiser, Founder of Wilderness Agency.
