Keep Montgomery County Beautiful

Keep Montgomery County Beautiful (KMCB) promotes and empowers individuals, businesses, and communities to improve the environment in Montgomery County, Ohio through litter prevention, beautification, and neighborhood cleanups. Keep Montgomery County Beautiful is a program of the Montgomery County Solid Waste District.

Keep Montgomery County Clean is essential to the community. Through the approachability of a bright, inviting brand, the organization will be able to engage a more receptive audience and tell the story of how they provide an opportunity for everyone who cares about their neighborhood.

KMCB came to Wilderness Agency, a fellow local organization, to develop a refreshing take on their mission. Designing a warm and recognizable look was fundamental to positioning KMCB as a valuable community resource.

Full Focus On Design – KMCB

The Wilderness Agency creative team delivered a logo, brand standards, and a valuable graphics library. The logo proved to be a challenge; the logo needed to represent the national organization, Keep America Beautiful, and accurately represent Montgomery County. With multiple rounds of design revisions, the final result displayed the essence and ultimate vision of the non-profit.

The driving creative that went into this was focused to make the brand bright and impactful to accurately capture the feeling of what Keep Montgomery County Clean actually does for our community.

Additionally, billboard designs took advantage of KMCB’s bold new look to build brand awareness around town. By using the slogan, “Be A Neighbor Who Cares,” KMCB hopes to foster a greater sense of camaraderie within the community and a greater sense of environmental responsibility.
